About Darrell Seale
Darrell Seale is a retired international business executive, United States Air Force veteran, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and world traveler. Over the course of his career and life of service, he has earned recognition for leadership, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to helping others. From his early years in the military to his later executive and community roles, Mr. Seale’s guiding principles have remained constant: excellence, accountability, and service.
Military Background and Honors
Mr. Seale began his professional journey with a full U.S. Air Force ROTC scholarship and was commissioned as an officer after college. During his service, he earned numerous commendations, including a Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, two Air Force Achievement Medals, and two Air Force Organizational Excellence Awards. These honors reflect not only technical skill but also the leadership, integrity, and commitment that have defined his career.

Aerospace and Defense Career
After transitioning from active duty, Mr. Seale entered the aerospace and defense industry, where he built a distinguished career spanning more than two decades. He served in senior leadership positions with Lockheed Martin, contributing to key programs supporting international defense initiatives. In 2014, he relocated to Abu Dhabi, UAE, to oversee critical international operations.
His work combined strategic vision with operational precision, earning multiple leadership and excellence awards throughout his corporate career.
Nonprofit and Community Involvement
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Seale has consistently devoted his time and expertise to community and nonprofit initiatives. In 2012, he founded Patriot Divers, a 501(c)(3) organization that helps wounded and disabled veterans find healing and purpose through scuba diving. He also volunteered with Divers for Heroes, an organization with a similar mission, and served on multiple nonprofit and industry boards, including the National Kidney Foundation and the American Chamber of Commerce Abu Dhabi.
In 2019, he participated in the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi, where he played on a Unified Sports volleyball team and presented medals to athletes, reflecting his enduring commitment to inclusion and service.
Scuba Diving Instructor
An active scuba diving instructor since 1999, Mr. Seale holds certifications from both PADI and SDI. Over his career as an instructor, he has logged more than 2,500 dives and certified over 300 students worldwide. His teaching emphasizes safety, environmental awareness, and respect for the ocean—values that align closely with his broader philosophy of stewardship and mentorship.

Having visited 142 countries, Mr. Seale brings a unique global outlook to everything he does.
